Rachelle is a member of the senior leadership team, overseeing the global Investor Relations function, including  Client Onboarding and Execution, Press Release Updates, Creation Assistance of Investor Presentations, Shareholder Meeting Coordination, Investor Events Planning, Creative Brand and Trend Leadership, Global Corporate Communications, Executive Development, Maintaining Strong Relationships within the Investment Community.

Prior to joining HAVE Investment Fund. Rachelle was the Senior Designer for the Tile Category at Armstrong Flooring Inc., while also serving as the Women’s Initiative Network Chairperson.  

Rachelle has extensive experience in establishing and nurturing relationships with Executive level key decision makers in large multinational companies. Her unique experience includes a mix of broad product development and marketing roles focusing on organizational transformation, incubating cross functional research projects, trend forecast and analysis, editorial presentation to the press, succession planning, employee engagement and performance, and diversity and inclusion.

Rachelle holds a M.S. in Textile Design from Thomas Jefferson University, Textile Arts Degree from Capilano College, Vancouver, BC, and a B.A. in Human Kinetics from Trinity Western University, Langley, BC.  She maintains citizenship in both her native Canada and the USA.
