Rick is a Marine Corps veteran, entrepreneur, intrapreneur, and C-suite level technology consultant.  As a life-long learner and student of Kaizen, Rick's talents center around strategic digital change initiatives and high growth planning.  A native of both Richmond, Virginia and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Rick, his wife, and his three younger children (3 of 7) reside in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains just outside Charlottesville, Virginia.
