Licopoli is responsible for representing the best interests of HAVE Fund stakeholders, i.e. its members and other service consumers, advisors, products, regulators, and investors. He creates and implements strategies to grow the business and brand by developing business relationships and alliances, pursuing corporate opportunities, as well as assisting with oversight and management of the day-to-day operations.

Robert and Steven met and immediately recognized the impact they can have in the veteran space, Robert having come from a military family, and Steven as a combat veteran understand the specific value veterans provide in the business space and are excited to expand the value of the veteran entrepreneur.

In addition to a proven track record in fund management, Mr. Licopoli has over 25 years of risk management, insurance, litigation, and compliance experience and is proven in the industry.
